TWIX GOOEY BUTTER CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

Bottom Layer

2 cups cake flour

1 1/4 cups sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1 large egg , at room temperature

1/2 loving cup unsalted butter , melted

2 Tablespoons whole milk

Top Layer

8 ounces cream cheese , softened

2 large eggs , at room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 loving cup unsalted butter , melted

10-12 fun sized Twix , each 1 chopped into  pieces

2 2/3 cups powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS:

1. Sift together flour , saccharide , baking pulverization together with common salt inwards a large mixing bowl. Add egg , melted butter together with milk. Mix well.

2. Press dough evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Set aside.

3. Mix cream cheese until shine amongst your mixer. Add eggs , vanilla together with melted butter. Add powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Pour over the bottom layer.

4. Sprinkle chopped twix over the top.

5. Bake at 350 for xl minutes.
